Eggs set with tomato and spinach

- 500 g of spinach.
- 3 eggs.
- 2 fried tomato bricks.
- Olive oil.
- Pinch of salt.
- Some slices of Serrano ham.
- Heat a little oil in a frying pan wide.
- Add the spinach and cook until they diminish.
- Add the two tomato bricks and let cook.
- Incorporate the eggs when they have reached temperature.
- Add a little salt to the eggs.
- Cook until eggs set over low heat.
