The first time I saw it, it was in a recipe book and I decided to try it out of curiosity, now it is one of the ways that I like the most to eat rice. The ingredients are logical and the right time to eat well.

Recipe type: Rice

Rations: 3
Ingredients
  • 200g of rice
  • 4 eggs
  • oil
  • salt and pepper
Preparation
  1. The elaboration is simple, just we have to cook the rice, as we always do. In boiling water, salt and a few drops of oil, that's how I make it, sometimes I add a clove of garlic. When we have the boiled rice, we drain it and reserve it.
  2. We put a pan with a little oil to heat, while we beat a couple of eggs (I make the individual rice omelettes). When we have the eggs we add a pinch of salt and a little pepper to the rice. We mix it all up. If we have the hot pan, we can pour the mixture into the pan so that the omelette is made.
  3. We let it brown on both sides, turning it over when it touches and we can remove it when we see that it is ready.
Notes
Logically, each one has a cooking point for the tortillas, whether well done, with the egg to the point, etc. You can follow the same criteria for the rice omelette. I can only wish you good luck and comment that you can add a little onion or even a touch of chorizo.

To enjoy.
