These microwaved carrots are prepared in just 6 minutes and are an excellent garnish for meat, fish, rice or vegetable proteins such as tofu or tempeh.

Ingredients
750 g. carrots
120 ml of water
Salt, a pinch
Preparation
To start we peel the carrots and we cut into slices between 1 and 2 centimeters thick.
Then we place the slices in a microwave safe container in which they are well spread and add the water and salt.
We cover the container with plastic wrap and place it in the microwave where we cook the carrots at the maximum power for 6 minutes.
Finally, we remove the carrots naturally from the container and drain if necessary. They are ready to taste!
