Absorbent kitchen paper
Plastic wrap, zip bag or airtight container to freeze
Preparation
We remove the fresh cheese from the refrigerator and we cut into thick slices, as in the image, to later be able to remove it by portions.
We place these slices on absorbent paper and we dry very well by pressing lightly to freeze it with the minimum amount of water possible so that it does not crystallize.
Then we wrap each piece in plastic wrap and we put them in a container. You can also freeze it directly in an airtight bag
Finally we put in the freezer and we consume it in the next two months.
