Dumplings with corn flakes

Today I propose to make some tasty and nutritious sweet dumplings with very crunchy corn flakes on the palate so that the children of the house can especially taste it at snack time with a rich cup of chocolate milk.

Ingredients:

4 claras
1 cup of sugar
2 1/2 cups corn flakes
1 heaping cup of sugar
1 cup of grated coconut
1/2 cup walnuts or almonds (chopped)
Non-stick spray, quantity required

Preparation:

In a bowl beat the whites with the mixer until stiff. Add the sugar and continue beating until you get a meringue. Then add the corn flakes, the grated coconut and the chopped walnuts or almonds to the meringue.

Next, scoop up portions of the mixture with a spoon and arrange them on a tray sprayed with the nonstick spray. Cook the dumplings in the oven at a low temperature until golden brown. Remove the tray from the oven and when the temperature drops, distribute them in a source and ready to savor.
