But you can also make them fried, put a pan with plenty of hot oil and fry them, they are very good.

We can also make them of use, we can fill with meat, fish, vegetables... making a good sauce so that we can take advantage of everything. They are a good accompaniment to any dish, salad or as a starter.

Ingredients
  • A packet of dough for dumplings
  • 300 gr. minced meat
  • 1 cebolla
  • 4-6 tablespoons of tomato sauce
  • 50 ml. white wine
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs
  • pitted olives

  • A beaten egg to paint the dough

Preparation
  1. Season the meat with a little salt and pepper.
  2. Chop the onion and fry it a little, when it begins to take color we put the fried tomato, stir and add the minced meat, we will let it cook all together for a few minutes and add the white wine, we let the alcohol evaporate and it cook everything together for 5-10 minutes, we taste salt and pepper.
  3. Chop the hard-boiled eggs and olives and add them to the previous mass, mix.
  4. We let the dough cool so that the dumplings wafers when filling them do not break.
  5. Fill the dumplings wafers, put a little of the filling in the center and paint the edge with the beaten egg, fold and close the edges well, with the help of a fork.
  6. We are putting them on a baking tray, we paint them with the beaten egg, we put them in the oven at 180ºC until they are well browned.
  7. We take out and ready to eat !!!
