Chocolate filled dumplings

Chocolate filled dumplings, the ideal dessert to finish a good meal.

Today we are going to prepare a very easy, fast and delicious dessert, some dumplings filled with chocolate. Taking advantage of some dumplings wafers that I had and chocolate cream I didn't think about it, I started preparing these dumplings for dessert and how good they were !!!
Accustomed to always eating salty dumplings, with these filled with chocolate you are going to surprise everyone. With few ingredients we prepare a quick and simple dessert. They are ideal for a party or birthday. Warm and accompanied by a semi-whipped cream or a scoop of ice cream, a real delight.

Ingredients
  • 1 packet of dumpling wafers
  • 150-200 gr. cocoa cream (Nuttella-Nocilla- Chocolate)
  • Sugar
  • Sunflower oil

Preparation
  1. To make the chocolate-filled dumplings, we will start by putting the wafers on the counter, leaving the paper they carry.
  2. In the middle of each wafer we put a tablespoon of cocoa cream, if we put chocolate we will only have to melt it in the microwave for a minute or until it is melted and ready to fill and close the dumplings.
  3. We seal the dumplings well with the help of a fork all around so that the chocolate does not come out.
  4. We put a frying pan with sunflower oil over medium heat, when it is hot we will fry the dumplings on both sides until they are golden brown.
  5. We take out the dumplings and we are putting them on a plate with kitchen paper, so that it absorbs the excess oil.
  6. We will have prepared a dish with sugar and we will pass the dumplings before they get cold. (You can also add a little cinnamon to the sugar)
  7. They are just as good hot or cold.
  8. And ready to eat !!!!
