Dumplings filled with chocolate and fruit

We are going to prepare some dumplings filled with chocolate and fruits, a simple dessert ideal for eating fruit. It is also the perfect snack for children, very quick to make, in 15 minutes we have these dumplings ready.

Ingredients
  • 1 packet of dumpling wafers
  • 1 bowl of assorted fruits (banana, orange, apple, tangerines ...)
  • 1 tablet of chocolate to melt
  • 3 tablespoons of milk
  • Sunflower oil for frying
  • Sugar glass

Preparation
  1. To make the dumplings filled with chocolate and fruits, we first prepare the ingredients. We peel the fruits that we are going to use and cut them into very small pieces, we put them in a bowl.
  2. In another bowl we put the chopped chocolate and the three tablespoons of milk, we will put it in the microwave to melt it. We will put 1 minute at 800W we remove, stir and if necessary we put another minute, until the chocolate is discarded. We take out and let it cool a little and thus it will take on more consistency and better to be able to fill the dumplings.
  3. We put a pan with plenty of sunflower oil to heat over medium heat.
  4. On the other hand we put a plate or tray with absorbent kitchen paper to remove excess oil from the dumplings.
  5. We put the dumplings wafers on the counter. We put a tablespoon of chocolate and on top of it pieces of fruit, we fold the dumplings and with the help of a fork we seal the dumplings around.
  6. When the oil is hot, we fry the dumplings until they are golden brown. We take them out and put them on the plate to release the excess oil.
  7. We transfer them to a source and sprinkle them with icing sugar.
