Diabetics: microwave vegetable puree

In our recipe today, we will use the microwave to make a delicious and nutritious vegetable puree in a few minutes, being an ideal preparation to accompany meats, chicken or fish.


100 grams of potatoes
100 grams of carrots
50 grams of celery
100 grams of onion
50 grams of leek
2 chard leaves
1 tablespoon oil
1 liter of hot water
Salt and pepper, a pinch


Place all the vegetables in a glass container with the hot water and season with a pinch of salt and pepper. Then cook the preparation in the microwave for 20 minutes on power level 10.

Next, remove the vegetables and add the oil and stir. Finally, blend the ingredients and taste this delicious vegetable puree.
