Ingredients
  • 200 ml of semi-skimmed milk
  • 1 tablespoon of liquid vanilla
  • 100 grams of condensed milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 20 Maria cookies
  • Liquid candy

Preparation
  1. The first thing we will do is take a medium size bowl to add all the ingredients and prepare the mixture for our flan.
  2. We will throw the 4 eggs , which we will beat with the help of a rod. Next, we will add the tablespoon of liquid vanilla and the 200 ml of semi-skimmed milk. We will stir well to mix all the ingredients.
  3. Next, we will add the evaporated milk (the amount indicated) and the 100 grams of condensed milk. We move well again and let it rest for about 5 minutes.
  4. While it rests, we will take a oven safe container, which we will spread with a little sunflower oil the walls so that it does not stick and we will add liquid caramel to the bottom. We will also add a layer of Maria cookies (our container made for 20 cookies, but the number of these is optional). After the cookies we will add more Liquid candy.
  5. We pour the contents into said container and put it in the preheated oven. We put 180 ºC and we leave it for 45-50 minutes approximately. We check with a toothpick, and when it comes out clean we can remove it from the oven.
  6. Enjoy it!
