Curry rice with peppers

Ingredients for 2 persons:

1 bowl of long grain rice (best basmati),
40 gr. of butter,
1/2 onion minced,
2 bowls of chicken broth,
1 or 2 teaspoons of curry,
sal,
garnish: sautéed green, red and yellow peppers.

Preparation:

In a previously greased and hot pan, add the chopped onion. When it is golden brown, add the broth, the salt and the curry.

Add the washed rice and cook for 20 minutes and then let it rest for no more than 5 minutes. Garnish with regular sticks of red and yellow green peppers.
