You will use three of the four ingredients to prepare the curry sauce: cream, milk and curry powder. They are simple ingredients, which you can find in any supermarket, so there is no excuse to prepare this dish. A dish to which we advise you to add a rice cup to make it more complete.

Ingredients
  • 5 chicken breast fillets, chopped
  • 1-2 teaspoons curry
  • 200 ml of cream for cooking
  • 100 ml of milk
  • Sal Island
  • Pepper

Preparation
  1. Season the pieces of chicken breast.
  2. The we seal in a pan with a drizzle of olive oil over high heat.
  3. We add the curry powder and stir out of the fire.
  4. We pour the cream and the milk and season. Over medium heat let it boil until the sauce thickens slightly, stirring the mixture from time to time.
  5. When the sauce is thick, remove from heat and serve.
