The tea pastes they can make a difference on a rainy afternoon. Accompanying coffee or tea with these sweet snacks is always a pleasure. And contrary to what we may think, doing them is not complicated. It can be laborious, but the reward is well worth it, don't you think?
To make curly pasta I have used a gun but don't worry if you don't have one; You can shape them with a pastry bag or simply create mounds with two spoons. They will not be so showy but the flavor will not vary and you can enjoy it in the same way.
Ingredients
- 200 g. creamy butter
- 105 g. icing sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
- 1,5 g. of salt
- 65 g. egg at room temperature
- 20 g. almond powder
- 175 g. Of flour
- 155 g. cornstarch
- Almonds to decorate (optional)
Preparation
- In a bowl we beat the butter a couple of minutes, before adding the sugar and salt. And we beat again a couple of minutes more until everything is well integrated.
- We add the egg and the ground almond and beat a few more minutes until perfectly integrated.
- We mix the flour with the cornstarch and sift over the previous cream. Mix just enough with a spatula so that they are integrated.
- We refill the gun or the pastry bag with the mixture and form the pasta on a baking tray lined with paper or a silicone sheet. We place an almond in the center.
- We bake at 180ºC until we see that they begin to brown slightly around the edges, approximately 15 minutes, it will depend on your oven!
- We take out the cookies out of the oven and wait for them to warm to unmold them very carefully.
