Ingredients
  • Churrasco meat
  • 4 or 5 slices of aged cheese
  • 2 tablespoons of Pedro Ximénez wine
  • 2 cloves of white garlic
  • Cumin
  • Oregano
  • White pepper
  • Olive oil
  • Sal Island

Preparation
  1. In a frying pan, we will put a drizzle of olive oil that we will spread all over the bottom when it is hot. With the fire at very low temperature, we will put our churrasco meat with a little salt and we will brown it on both sides.
  2. Once it is golden brown, we will begin to add the rest of the ingredients: the first thing will be to take a tablespoon of Pedro Ximénez wine, white garlic clove finely chopped into small pieces, and the cumin, oregano and white pepper to our liking. Once we make the steak on one side, we turn it around, and we are going to repeat all the above process again. We add wine, garlic and spices for this new side. We raise the heat to medium temperature and we turn every little so that it does not stick.
  3. When it is done, we set aside and add on top 4 or 5 slices of cheese cured that we will put the grill. When it is completely melted, we will take it out and taste!
  4. Bon appetit!
