Cups of coffee and chocolate cream, a simple and delicious dessert, ideal for coffee lovers. A very simple dessert that is prepared in 10 minutes and is left in the freezer, we have to take it out 5 minutes before serving and ready to eat !!!

These cups of coffee and chocolate cream are great to finish a good meal, a soft coffee cream accompanied by a few drops of chocolate, a very good mix. A dessert to surprise our guests. It is very good to accompany them with some chopped cookies.

Ingredients
  • 350 ml. condensed milk
  • 400 ml. whipping cream
  • 2-3 tablespoons of soluble coffee
  • Cocoa powder
  • Chocolate Drops

Preparation
  1. We will have the cream and condensed milk very cold in the refrigerator before beating them. It is important that they are very cold, we can put the cream in the freezer for 10 minutes before beating it.
  2. We put in a bowl, the condensed milk, the very cold cream and a couple of tablespoons of soluble coffee. We will mount it with some electric rods.
  3. We try it, you can add more coffee if we like it stronger and mix. Add a few drops of chocolate and mix it carefully not to lower the cream.
  4. We put the cream in a pastry bag, or in a bowl if we are not going to use it yet. We will leave it in the fridge. To make it better, leave it in the freezer for 15 minutes before serving.
  5. To serve it we prepare some glasses. We put the coffee mousse.
  6. We add some chocolate chips.
  7. We sprinkle with cocoa powder.
  8. We can keep the prepared glasses in the freezer and take them out 5 minutes before serving.
