Ingredients:
200g of chocolate in a cup
200g butter
1 heart-shaped platter
4 eggs
100g sugar
1 tsp vanilla essence
Preparation:
Melt the chocolate with the butter over low heat to form a homogeneous cream. Let it cool. Assemble the yolks with the sugar and vanilla until they form a smooth and soft compound and join the previous chocolate cream. Take the whites to snow and tie everything together. Place on a plate preferably with a heart shape and cook at 160º C for 25 minutes. Let cool in the oven and decorate with chocolate mousse.
