Ingredients
  • 2 cucumbers, peeled
  • ½ green pepper
  • ½ white onion
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 hand of fresh mint
  • 1 small cup of plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 150 ml of water
  • Sal Island
  • Pepper

Preparation
