Cucumber Spread

The simple recipe that we will prepare is a different option, to present this exquisite cucumber cream, since it is delicious to spread on water crackers or slices of toast.

Ingredients:

1 cucumber
1 cebolla
250 grams of cream cheese
1 can of minced meat
2 tablespoons vinegar
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper, a pinch

Preparation:

First peel and grate the cucumber and sprinkle it with salt and finely chop the onion and sprinkle it with the vinegar. Then, let these two preparations marinate separately, for about half an hour. Next, mix the cream cheese with the minced meat, the Worcestershire sauce and season with salt and pepper.

Mix these ingredients and add the cucumber and onion. Pass the preparation through the processor until you get a cream and finally, pour it into a container that you can take to the table and serve.
