Ingredients
1 large cucumber
5 white cabbage leaves
2 tablespoons of oil
1 teaspoon of mustard
Juice of one lemon
Preparation
Wash the cabbage, the cucumber, dry them very well and then cut the cucumbers into thin rounds, then cut the slices into quarters, and the cabbage into thin julienne strips.
Put in a container a pinch of salt, the mustard and lemon juice and the tablespoons of oil, mix well and sprinkle on top of the salad and mix everything well. Served with lean white meats.
