Ingredients
- 150 g of milk chocolate.
- 125 g of dark chocolate.
- 50 g of unsalted butter.
- 25 g of icing sugar.
- 50 g of chocolate puffed rice cereals.
Preparation
First, we will put a pot with a little water to boilWhen I do this, we will place a bowl on top to which we will add the butter.
When this cover, we will add the powdered sugar and we stir until it dissolves and the granites that form with the icing sugar are not visible.
After we will add the chocolate in pieces and we will wait for it to melt, stirring a little to help it melt faster.
Then, we will remove the bowl from the fire and we will let it temper a little. While we are making the mold with a carton of milk cut in half lengthwise, we will line it with film so that it has greater resistance.
Finally, we will add the cereals to the bowl with the melted chocolate and stir so that everything mixes. We will add this to the mold that we have manufactured and we will wrap it with fil. We will cool in the refrigerator until it solidifies.

I wouldn't call this nougat. I understand that the base of all nougat is the Almond, and here it does not appear in the ingredients. Rather I think it's chocolate with puffed rice
