The simplest crostini are presented with a little olive oil and herbs or a sauce. Today we will present some a little more elaborate, of tomato and parmesan cheese, a simple combination that always works. You can combine them with tortilla and spicy chorizo ​​skewers or a Russian salad cap.

Ingredients

  • 4 slices of baguette
  • Butter
  • Olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 ripe tomato
  • 1 small piece of Parmesan

Crafting

The first step is to prepare the base. We spread the bread slices with butter and fry them in a hot pan for 2-3 minutes on each side. Immediately after removing them from the pan, we rub each slice with a clove of garlic.

To prepare the filling, we grate the tomato with a coarse grater and cut a few shavings of Parmesan.

We distribute on each slice of bread a couple of teaspoons of tomato and several parmesan shavings and we serve immediately. We must not let the tomato soften the bread; This should be kept crisp.
