Today's recipe crispy vegetables with goat cheeseIt is a very simple and quick tapas or starter to prepare. We have the idea that cooking takes a long time, however if we know how to take advantage of the advantages that the market gives us today, we can make a variety of delicious and nutritious dishes in a few minutes. For that, we must banish the myth that a good home-made meal cannot be made with quality frozen products. We also know that industrial foods, when frozen quickly and at very low temperatures, keep essential nutrients intact. On the contrary, domestic freezing produces a decrease in them.
Preparation time: 20 minutes
Ingredients
- 4 sheets of brick dough
- 250 gr of frozen spinach
- 1 roll of goat cheese
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic, frozen
- 2 hard-boiled eggs (optional)
Preparation
We defrost the spinach in a pan with a drizzle of oil. If you had bought the ones that come in large cubes, better than thawing them in the microwave beforehand. When they are soft we add the garlic, salt, pepper and ground chili. We leave them on the fire until we notice that they have no water.
We turn the oven to 180º and we start to assemble the crunchy ones. First we put the four leaves together and cut them in half.
We take each half and fill them. First we place a portion of cheese, a piece of egg and a tablespoon of spinach on top. we paint the entire edge with beaten egg.
We take one end and fold it on top of the filling.
With the other end we cover as in the photo.
We paint the top end with egg, and then carefully roll it up starting from the bottom. We leave the edges of the roll down so it does not come apart.
We put them on a baking sheet with baking paper. And we cook a few minutes until golden brown.
We eat them hot.
