Crispy chicken with potato batter

Crispy chicken with potato batter

I was looking forward to trying this proposal: crispy chicken battered in potato chips. I find it great to present at an informal dinner with friends on the weekend or to enjoy a cookout next summer in the garden. It is one of those recipes that both young and old alike like.

It is a recipe that is also liked for its simplicity. The most complicated thing will be to choose one or the other potatoes: to the point of salt? Peasant? If you choose the first ones, you can add some herbs to give the batter more flavor; if you choose some potatoes intense in flavor, it will not be necessary.
