Ingredients:
2 teaspoons olive oil
20 chicken wings
3 large eggs
1/2 cup sesame seeds
1/2 cup flour
2 teaspoons coarse salt
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
2 to 3 garlic cloves, minced
Hot sauce, for serving
Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 150ºC. Cover a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Place the chicken wings in a large bowl, add the eggs and stir to coat all the wings.
In a small bowl, combine the sesame seeds, flour, salt, cayenne, breadcrumbs, and garlic. Dip each wing in the sesame mixture until covered in the mixture. Place each wing on the tray and bake for 20 minutes, then increase the temperature to 200ºC. Cook for 20 to 30 minutes until golden brown and sizzling. Serve with hot sauce
