Creamy vegetable soup, to start the month taking care of ourselves
We start a new month and we are going to do it taking care of us a little in our diet with a very rich creamy vegetable soup. You already know that vegetables and fruit should not be missing in our usual diet, sometimes it is difficult to eat them at ease, but we can find recipes with which our vegetable dish is really appetizing.
Soups and creams are a good option, in them we can add as many vegetables as we want and even meat or fish, achieving a final result that we like. The vegetable cream that I bring you today is very simple and is very good, whether you are on a diet or not. You will love it!
Ingredients
- 3 large potatoes
- Carrots 2
- 1 Zucchini
- 1 piece of celery
- Sal Island
- Pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Crafting
In a pot we are going to heat water and, when it starts to boil, we will add all the well washed, peeled and cubed vegetables. We also add the olive oil and season. We will leave over low heat until all the vegetables are well done, then we will pass everything through the blender.
Suggestions
This soup can have many variations, for example:
- Sometimes I put a sprig of mint in the cooking, before putting everything through the blender I remove it and thus I get a vegetable soup with mint, very rich and with a different touch.
- Instead of three potatoes you can put less and add cream, with this we would get a cream but the calories in the dish would increase.
- If we want to provide protein we can add a piece of chicken.
