Do you like brownies? Sorry I can't show you a better picture of this creamy dark chocolate brownie with nuts because it doesn't do it justice. It is also perceived that his heart is still wet since he was still warm when I decided to cut him. Don't be as anxious as I am and respect the times; that's my first tip.
I have to admit that I don't like all brownies even though I usually like any dessert with chocolate. I don't like those that are too dry; I prefer them wet in the center and slightly creamy. But there's nothing a little while longer in the oven or a change in temperature can't change.
This brownie, as you will see, is very simple but I have not resisted adding nuts. I have not mixed them with the dough; I've just placed them slightly sunken in this one before popping it in the oven. Do you want to treat yourself to a chocolatey treat this weekend? Try it!
The recipe
- 187 g. of butter
- 187 g. 70% cocoa chocolate
- 3 eggs
- 225 g. of sugar
- a pinch of salt
- 94 g. Of flour
- 18 g. cocoa powder
- 10 walnut halves
- Put the butter and the chocolate in pieces in a bowl and melt in the microwave in small bursts of heat of 30 seconds. Once melted, we let it temper.
- In another bowl, big this time, lightly beat the eggs with sugar and salt. It is not necessary to assemble them, mixing them with a fork or manual rods is enough.
- Next, pour the chocolate mixture into the bowl and mix.
- Then we add the flour and sifted cocoa and mix again until incorporated.
- We line a mold 16cm square. or equivalent and pour the dough into it.
- We take to the oven previously preheated to 180ºC for 20-25 minutes.
- then we leave chill 2 hours before demolding and cutting.
- The best remains: enjoy the creamy dark chocolate brownie with walnuts
I have made it and it is delicious. Thank you very much for helping us enjoy desserts like this.
