Ingredients
  • 500 ml of milk
  • 80 g sugar
  • 40 gr of wheat flour (cornstarch)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 2 ripe bananas

Preparation
  1. First we put the milk, the sugar, the vanilla essence and the cornstarch in a saucepan and stir well until it dissolves completely.
  2. Now, we take the saucepan to the fire and without stopping stirring we bring the mixture to a boil.
  3. When it starts to boil, we lower the temperature and continue stirring until the cream thickens.
  4. Once it begins to thicken, remove it from the heat and continue stirring for a few minutes.
  5. Next, we add the peeled and chopped bananas and beat with a hand mixer.
  6. When we get a light cream, we stop beating.
  7. We put the cream in individual containers and cover with plastic wrap.
  8. We let it rest at room temperature, once it has hardened, we put it in the refrigerator and let it cool completely before consuming.
  9. Before serving, we can add the desired topping, a few pieces of biscuit, liquid chocolate, nuts or red fruit jam.
