Cream with sage to sauce chicken and pasta

We will prepare a simple recipe for cream with sage specially created to sauce some type of fresh or dry pasta or a portion of baked chicken, being a different option to savor.

Ingredients:

1 cup of common oil
1 handful of sage leaves, chopped
1 cup of fresh cream
4 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
Salt and ground pepper, to taste

Preparation:

Pour all the ingredients into the blender or food processor glass and blend them for a few seconds.

Then, remove the mixture from the glass and place it in a pot to heat. Finally, once the cream is hot, sauce immediately over the pasta or the chicken portion.
