Cream cheese dressing with bell peppers

A perfect combination of flavors to enjoy this exquisite cream cheese dressing with bell peppers, is today's proposal for you to savor with toast or cookies.

Ingredients:

1 pot of cream cheese (very tasty)
1 green pepper
1 red pepper
1/2 cup of water
1/2 cup of sugar

Preparation:

First wash and chop the bell peppers into very small tricycles. Then, dissolve the water and sugar in a pot and add the cut peppers. Cook these ingredients for 10 to 15 minutes, stirring constantly and you should have a smooth preparation.

Let cool and then place the cream cheese in a bowl and add the previous mixture on top. Use immediately to spread cookies or toast.
