- 1 garlic clove
- 1 nut of butter or oil
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of sugar
- 1 sprig of rosemary, chopped
Crafting
We clean the tomatoes and we cut into thick slices 1-1,5cm. We place the slices on a baking tray and add a pinch of salt to each one of them, oil of vinegar of Modena, being generous with the latter. We put in the oven at 200º for 15-20 minutes.
While the tomatoes are roasting, cut two slices of stale bread, spread them with butter or oil and toast in a frying pan very hot.
Once toasted, we rub a garlic on one of the sides so that they are impregnated with flavor. Next, we extend a layer of cream cheese.
Finally, we place the Roasted Tomatoes that we sprinkle with a little rosemary and pepper.
