Cream and bacon pizza

Cream and bacon pizza, a pizza that is very tasty, at home we like it a lot, it is very similar to carbonara, but this one does not have an egg. It is a creamy sauce with a delicious flavor. As you can see in the recipe, its preparation is very simple.

For this pizza it is best to put a thin crust base and if it is homemade, much better. You will look great with this pizza and everyone will like it. Weekend dinners are usually great to prepare these pizzas and share them with the whole family.

Ingredients
  • Homemade or store-bought pizza dough
  • For the filling:
  • ½ onion
  • 4 slices of bacon 200gr.
  • 1 bottle of liquid cream 150 ml.
  • Mozzarella cheese or grated Parmesan cheese
  • Oregano
  • Oil Salt

Preparation
  1. First we prepare the pizza dough, it can be bought and if it is prepared by you we stretch it and put it on a baking paper, we place it on the plate or tray for the oven.
  2. The dough can be finite or thicker, depending on what you like, for this sauce I have always prepared it thin.
  3. We will chop the bacon and the onion, we will fry the onion in a pan with a little oil when it begins to be golden, we will put the bacon cut into strips, brown a little and add the liquid cream, we let it cook for a few minutes all together, we taste the salt. We put everything on the well covered pizza dough, we put the grated cheese that we like the most, Parmesan or mozzarella and sprinkle with a little oregano.
  4. Preheat the oven to 200ºC, when the oven is very hot, we introduce the tray in the center of the oven with the pizza and leave it until it is golden brown for about 30 minutes.
  5. We take out the pizza, cut it and eat it hot.
  6. To enjoy!!
