Preparation:

Add the locos to the boiling oil and simmer for a few minutes, until there is enough foam. Pour the boiling water until the nuts are covered and let them cook over high heat for an hour. He constantly takes care that he does not lack water. In this case add a little more boiling water.
Once they are soft, add salt and cook for 10 more minutes, stirring them with a wooden spoon. Once this is finished, you remove the water and serve them accompanied with mayonnaise. If you want you can add a few drops of lemon.
