Couscous It is traditionally made with ground wheat semolina and is usually used to accompany lamb, chicken or vegetable dishes. It is a traditional ingredient of Berber culture, which is cooked today throughout the world. With it today we prepare a wonderful salad with chicken and raisins.
Although the traditional way of cooking couscous is steamed, today it is usually done by pouring boiling water over it to hydrate it. To prepare the couscous salad with chicken and raisins, we have done so. Afterwards we have served it cold with onion, chicken strips and raisins, it's that simple!
- 1 glass of couscous

- 1 knob of butter
- ½ white onion in julienne
- 150 g. chicken breast in strips
- 75 grams of raisins

- We cook the couscous Following the manufacturer's instructions, adding to the water, oil, salt and ¼ of a chicken broth tablet.
- After the minutes recommended by the manufacturer, we incorporate the butter and we mix.
