Cornstarch Flan

INGREDIENTS

- 5 tablespoons of cornstarch.

- ½ liter of milk.

- ¼ cup of sugar.

- 2 yolks.

- 1 tablespoon of vanilla essence.

PROCESS:

- We dissolve the cornstarch in a little milk. Place the rest of the milk with the sugar in a saucepan and leave it over high heat until it boils. Reduce the heat to a minimum and add the dissolved cornstarch little by little, stirring continuously for 2 minutes. Remove and let it cool a little (about 10 minutes) to add the well beaten yolks and mix everything very well.

- We put it back on the fire (soft) for 3 minutes. We remove and add the essence and mix. We serve in small molds.
