If you have white corn and wheat flour you can prepare a spectacular dish. Do not stop giving yourself the pleasure of preparing this special recipe brought from the north of Argentina. The only bad thing is that it has to marinate for 48 hours, but believe me it's worth it.
• 3 kilos of unpeeled white corn
• 1/2 kilo of wheat bran
Peel and crush the corn moistened with cold water, wash it and boil it twice, when removing it, drain it well.
You take an earthenware container and put 6 liters of warm water and mix it with the affrecho. Stir well and then let it settle.
We place this in another clay container with 6 liters of warm water. We mix the bran well and let it settle.
You let this preparation rest for 48 hours and while it dries, you add warm water.
Serve with corn kernels, honey, or sugar.
