These puff pastry shells They are filled with cocoa cream, but you can put the chocolate that you like the most, the result is very good and as you will see now it is very easy to prepare this recipe and very successful. Who doesn't like a chocolate dessert !!!
- 1 sheet of puff pastry
- A pot of cocoa cream
- 50 ml. milk or an egg to paint the puff pastry
- To prepare these shells we will first turn on the oven, we will set it to 180ºC.
- We take the cocoa cream and heat it for a few seconds in the microwave to make it more liquid.
- We spread the puff pastry on the countertop, we will put a little flour so that it does not stick to us.
- We mark the dough in half and spread one of the parts of the puff pastry with chocolate.
- We cover the dough that has the chocolate with the other part of the puff pastry.
- Now we will mark the dough, above the dough and below, we will mark with a ruler we will make strips of 2 cm.
- We take the strips and we will twist them together to form the rolls.
- Then we will form the puff pastry rolls
- We will put them on a baking sheet.
- We paint them with a little milk or with a beaten egg.
- We put it in the oven at 180ºC until golden brown, about 20 minutes.
- We take out and let cool.
- We serve in a platter and ready to eat !!!
