- 1 kilo of tomatoes
- ½ green or red bell pepper
- 1-2 garlic cloves
- 2 slices of sliced or normal bread

- We will start with the tomatoes. We put a saucepan with water when it starts to boil, add the tomatoes for a few seconds and remove, so the tomatoes will peel well.
- We pass the tomatoes through cold water and peel them, remove the seeds and cut them into pieces.
- We put the tomatoes in a robot, add the water, the bread in pieces, the green or red pepper and the garlic, we crush everything until we have a fine cream. This step can be done in two times, we crush half of the tomatoes and then the rest so that it looks better and costs less to crush.
- If the cream is too runny, add a little more bread.
- We add salt, oil and vinegar, we mix it and we taste until it is to our liking.
- We put it in a source add the oregano or basil and a little pepper.
- We serve in plates accompanied by pieces of tomato.
