Cold tomato and tuna salad
All the cold salads are especially rich in Summer, because they are not only nutritious and healthybut they are refreshing. This tomato and tuna salad, I only prepare it in 5 minutes, so it does not cost us anything to eat healthy.
These types of salads are great for the beach, since we are not in danger of spoiling, because they do not contain other foods that can take their toll in the heat, such as an omelette or a pasta salad with mayonnaise, so common on the beach.
Ingredients
- 4 medium tomatoes.
- 1-2 cans of tuna.
- Olive oil.
- Salt
- Vinegar.
Preparation
First of all, we will have to wash the tomatoes and then dry them. This is important, since, as we are going to eat it raw, to remove any type of impurity or product sprayed in the fields. In addition, we will cut them irregularly but with a size in which it is easy to ingest.
Then we will open the can of tuna, we will drain the oil and pour it over the tomatoes. The amount of tuna will depend on whether you add more or less tomato, and also how much you like it.
