Cold potato, tuna and cheese salad, healthy dinner
Salads are always a dish very healthy and very light for dinners, but, we will not always have to put some kind of lettuce. The cold or warm salads like this one with potato, tuna and cheese, it gives it a tastier touch, and thus, we evade a bit of the typical salads.

Ingredients
- Potatoes.
- Tuna cans.
- Cheddar cheese.
- Semi-cured cheese.

Preparation
First of all, to make this recipe for potato salad with tuna and cheese, we will have to cut the diced potato and, later, cook them in plenty of salted water. In particular, I took advantage of a few leftover potatoes for a salad. You know that I don't like to throw away anything I cook.
We will place the drained potato in a bowl and let it warm a little. However, at that moment, it is when we have to incorporate the thyme, a drizzle of oil and a little vinegar. To let it marinate for a while.
Lastly, we will grate both the cheddar cheese and the semi-cured and we will open the tuna cans. Like any salad, it has all kinds of ingredients, so add and take away what you like the most.
