Cold grapefruit cream

Today I will show you a different option to make this appetizing grapefruit cream using this healthy citrus fruit as food and savor it as a cold dessert, taking into account that it is one of the most consumed fruits in the world due to its high vitamin C content.

Ingredients:

1/2 liter of grapefruit juice
1/2 tablespoon unflavored gelatin
3 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons cornstarch
water, amount needed
1 egg white

Preparation:

In a bowl, dissolve the unflavored gelatin together with the cornstarch in cold water. In addition, in a small pot, heat the honey, the grapefruit juice and incorporate it into the previous preparation and cook for 5 minutes, stirring every so often so that it does not stick.

When the preparation is warm, beat the white to the point of snow and integrate it into the cream with soft and enveloping movements. Then pour the grapefruit cream into small bowls or candy bowls and take them to cool in the refrigerator until they take a consistency. Finally, serve this delicious cream chilled.
