Ingredients
  • 4-5 cucumbers
  • 4-5 natural yogurts
  • ½ fresh chives
  • 1 garlic clove
  • ½ lemon

Preparation
  1. To make this cucumber cream, we will first wash the cucumbers, cut the tips and peel them, leave a little skin of the cucumbers if you like.
  2. We chop the cucumbers and we put it in a blender or in a robot.
  3. Peel the garlic and chives, cut into pieces and add it to the above.
  4. Add 4 yogurts, add a splash of oil, salt, vinegar, some mint or basil leaves and pepper. We beat everything until we have a fine cream.
  5. If it is too thick we will add a little water, beat until we have the desired consistency. We try and we will give it the point of salt and vinegar.
  6. We will put the cucumber cream in the fridge for 3-4 hours, it must be very cold when it is time to drink it.
  7. at the time of serving you can add some ice cubes, garnish with pieces of cucumber and serve.
