Ingredients
  • 350 ml. condensed milk
  • 400 ml. whipping cream
  • 2-3 tablespoons of soluble coffee
  • Cocoa powder
  • Chocolate Drops

Preparation
  1. To prepare the coffee mousse we will start by preparing all the ingredients.
  2. We will keep the cream and milk very cold in the fridge and the cream is best put in the freezer for 10 minutes before making the dessert. It is important that they are very cold.
  3. We put in a bowl, the condensed milk, the very cold cream and a couple of tablespoons of soluble coffee. We will mount it with some electric rods.
  4. We try it, you can add more coffee if we like it stronger and mix. At this point you can add a splash of liquor.
  5. We put the cream in a pastry bag, or in a bowl if we are not going to use it yet. We will leave it in the fridge. To make it better, leave it in the freezer for 15 minutes before serving.
  6. To serve it we prepare some glasses. We put the coffee mousse.
  7. Add some chocolate chips, sprinkle with cocoa powder.
  8. You can also put the prepared glasses in the freezer, take them out 10 minutes before consuming them. A delicious iced coffee cream will remain.
