Ingredients
  • 8 pieces of cod
  • Flour (XNUMXg)

  • 2 or 3 garlic
  • Parsley

Preparation
  1. The first thing is to desalt the cod, we will put it in a bowl covered with water in the fridge and we will have it for 48 hours, in which we will change the water, we will do it 3-4 times in this time. You can also buy the cod already desalted or frozen to the point of salt.
  2. We will drain the cod well and dry it with a kitchen paper.
  3. We put a saucepan on the fire with oil to heat, we will pass the pieces of cod for flour and when the oil is very hot we will add the cod and fry it for a couple of minutes on each side.
  4. While in a mortar we crush 2 or 3 garlic and the parsley.
  5. Once the garlic is crushed, add a glass of water and a good jet of vinegar.
  6. We will put the mortar in the cod casserole and let it cook for 10-15 minutes, we will be moving so that the sauce thickens.
  7. We put a frying pan with plenty of oil, while we peel some potatoes and cut them into squares, when the oil is hot, we put the potatoes until they are fried.
  8. We put them on top of the cod and let them cook together for a few minutes so that they take on the flavor.
  9. We turn it off and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  10. And ready to eat!!!
