We are going to elaborate cod with eggs and raisins. It is a delicious delicacy, which is currently considered ideal to enjoy contrasts of ideal flavors.

Ingredients for 4 people:
- 8 cod tails
- 100 raisins
- 4 hard-boiled eggs
- 1 can of tomato

Once we have the basic ingredients, such as eggs, cod and raisins. We started boiling the eggs and fry the cod tailsIn my case I use tails because, as I think I already mentioned, they have fewer thorns.
When we have the fried cod, we will put a little oil in a pan and prepare the sauce on the other hand, with a little tomato, onion, garlic, oil, salt, white wine and nuts. We pass it through the first and add it to the casserole.
We add water to the sauce once it is ready and we add the raisins to grow with the water. We let them swell and we add the cod that we already have fried.
We let they cook for a while together, raisins, fried and cod, and then add the eggs cut in half. We'll let it cook for a while and it's ready to serve.
