Cod gratin with alioli

Cod gratin with alioli , a super recipe, for me an extraordinary dish, I love it. It is also accompanied by some baking potatoes.
In the recipe I prepare the potatoes in the microwave to save time, but you can make them in the oven or in the pan, to your liking, only it will take more time.
Cod has so many recipes that we wouldn't get tired of eating it. This time I leave you how to prepare the cod gratin with aioli, a very good and simple dish to prepare.

Ingredients
  • 8 pieces of desalted cod
  • 4-5 potatoes
  • 4-5 tablespoons of flour
  • A glass of olive oil
  • To prepare the aioli:
  • 1 egg
  • 1-2 clove of garlic
  • A glass of sunflower oil
  • A pinch of salt

Preparation
  1. To make the recipe for cod gratin with aioli, we will first prepare all the ingredients. We will have the cod already desalted.
  2. We take the desalted cod, we dry it well with kitchen paper.
  3. We put the flour on a plate, we will coat the pieces of cod.
  4. We put a pan with plenty of olive oil, when it is hot we will fry the cod. We will have it 2-3 minutes on each side.
  5. We take out and reserve. Peel and cut the potatoes very finely, put them in a microwave-safe bowl, with a drizzle of olive oil and a little salt. We stir it, cover and cook at 800 W for 8 minutes, if when we take them out they are not quite tender, we will put them a few more minutes until they are soft.
  6. When the potatoes are, we put them in a baking dish covering the entire bottom, on top we will put the pieces of cod.
  7. We prepare the aioli, in a blender glass we put a good jet of sunflower oil, the minced garlic, the whole egg and a pinch of salt. We beat until the aioli is made, pouring oil little by little and testing until it is to our liking.
  8. We will put a couple of tablespoons of aioli on top of each piece of cod, you can also cover everything if you like.
  9. We put it in the oven and we will gratin 2-3 minutes or until the aioli is golden. Do not leave it in the oven for long, as soon as it is golden brown you have to remove it.
