These rich cod and parsley omelettes They usually eat at least once a month for dinner at my house. The reasons are very simple: it is an easy and comfortable way to eat fish, they are delicious and are eaten in two bites and to combine with a hot garlic soup now in winter, it goes great.
They also have a little-known ingredient even in Spain: organic black garlic. This type of garlic intensifies the flavor of any food and is unmistakable. They are super fluffy and tasty!
- 500 grams of cod
- 4 eggs
- Chopped parsley
- 3 cloves of black garlic
- ½ on of yeast
- 120 ml. milk

- In a bowl, We add the 4 eggs and beat them, we cast cod already de-linked (we leave it in water the night before to remove excess salt), the chopped parsley and 3 organic black garlic cloves cut into small pieces. We also add the half yeast envelope, the 120 ml of milk and stir everything very well.
