Ingredients
For the mass:
  • 350 g of bread flour
  • 60 g of lard
  • 25 g fresh baker's yeast
  • 15 g of salt
  • 125 ml cold water
For the filling
  • 1 can of crushed tomato
  • 1 pack of frankfurters
  • diced bacon
  • grated emental cheese
  • 6-7 cherry tomatoes
  • oregano

Preparation
  1. We heat the water for a few seconds in the microwave.
  2. Add the yeast and stir well until dissolved, reserve.
  3. In a bowl we put the flour and add the butter, the salt and add the water with the yeast and mix well.
  4. Once we get a compact dough, we take the dough out of the bowl, put it on a flat surface (table) and finish joining all the ingredients.
  5. We stretch the dough, place it on greaseproof paper on the oven tray and prick it with a fork.
  6. We bake the cocas at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
  7. After 10 minutes, we remove the dough and spread the tomato with the help of a spoon and distribute the chopped frankfurters, the bacon, the cheese, the oregano and the cherry tomatoes.
  8. We bake 10 more minutes.
  9. We take out, we chop and that's it.
