Preparation

- Once we get a compact dough, we take the dough out of the bowl, put it on a flat surface (table) and finish joining all the ingredients.
- We stretch the dough, place it on greaseproof paper on the oven tray and prick it with a fork.
- We bake the cocas at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
- After 10 minutes, we remove the dough and spread the tomato with the help of a spoon and distribute the chopped frankfurters, the bacon, the cheese, the oregano and the cherry tomatoes.
- We bake 10 more minutes.
- We take out, we chop and that's it.
