First, the day before dinner or on the morning of dinner, we will have to cook the breast. We will put the breast covered with water in a saucepan together with a pill of avecrem and we will bring it to a simmer for about 20 min so that the breast does not crumble. When they are cooked we let them cool.

At the same time that the breasts are cooked, let's go cooking the other ingredients. We cut the lettuce into elongated and very fine cuts, so that later the sandwich does not disassemble, then we will wash it well and let it dry.
