Although there are many varieties of risotto, we present you the most classic: classic risotto, with mushrooms and onions.

Ingredients
  • 1 liter of chicken broth
  • 300 grams of rice
  • 250 grams of mushrooms
  • 200 grams of mushrooms
  • 100 grams of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cebolla
  • Olive oil
  • Ground black pepper
  • Sal Island

Preparation
  1. We put in a pot to heat the chicken soup (to simmer). You can use a ready-made one of those that come in a pack, but it is preferable to make it homemade, it comes out much better.
  2. While the broth is heating up, in a frying pan with a good drizzle of olive oil, we will add the onion well peeled and minced into very small pieces… When it is poached we will also add the previously cut and washed mushrooms and mushrooms. Then add the salt and pepper to taste.
  3. When the onion and mushrooms are almost done, we add the rice. We will leave everything together for about 2 or 3 minutes, always stirring so that the rice does not stick and at medium heat. Then, we will gradually add the chicken soup.
  4. The rice will be consumed, and we will add broth again until the rice is tender and soupy. When it is like this, add the grated Parmesan cheese, leave a couple more minutes, and set aside.
  5. Let's plate and eat!
