Clams a la marinera, a recipe for dipping bread
There is no recipe so unique and significant in all of Spain than some good clams a la marinera (or in sauce). With just a few ingredients from walking around the house, we can make a wonderful healthy recipe in 10 minutes. In this way, we will have a healthy diet for dinner in a short time.

Preparation
First, we will put the clams in a bowl with plenty of water, until covered with a little salt. This is done so that the same clams purify, and thus they do not have so much dirt.
We will strain this water and wash the clams well and reserve. On the other hand, we will peel and mince the garlic in very fine dice.
Then, we will put about 5-6 tablespoons of olive oil in a pan, in it we will add the minced garlic and fry it. When we see that it is browning we will add the flourSauté well to remove its flavor and add the white wine with the avecrem pill.
Next, we will introduce the clams and a little water, and we will leave cook with a lid, until all the clams are opened. It is convenient that from time to time you move the pan, so that the sauce of these clams a la marinara takes consistency.
